Depression, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional dysregulation, bipolarity, borderline personality disorder, anger and irritability, obsessions, concentration and attention issues, impulsivity, low self esteem, perimenstral/ peripartum/ perimenopause mental health, mild psychosis, social phobias, trauma reactions, relationship difficulties, adjustment and loss.
Adults ages 18 years old and over.
Initial consultation: after gathering information regarding symptoms, reasons for seeking care, past experiences, medical background, family and personal histories, there is a collaboration towards a treatment plan. Up to 75 minutes.
Medication Management: on going management and assessment of psychiatric medications. Up to 25 or 50 minutes.
Psychotherapy: is mostly through psychodynamic approach, seen at least monthly. 50-60 minutes.
In person and virtual appointments are offered.
Dr. Richardson does not perform disability evaluations, forensic evaluations, prescribe Suboxone, treat workmens' compensation cases, or complete parental custody assessments. Moderate to severe intellectual disability is not a scope of this practice.
This practice is fee for service which means it does not accept insurance. Payment is collected time of service. Often patients submit their "super bill" to insurance company following the appointment for a percentage of reimbursement.

Physician Services for established patients, 15 minutes $85
